All retail orders with a cart value of $50 and up will automatically qualify for free shipping!

Wholesale orders do not qualify for Free Shipping. A flat shipping rate of $20 per wholesale order is applied at the checkout page.

We ship all of our orders from our fulfillment centre in Boucherville - Quebec - Canada

We fulfill all orders within 24 hours from when the order is placed.

If your order is placed on the weekend or during a holiday, we will fulfill your order on the next business day!

During special sales and high order volume times, we will ship orders within 72 hours.

Absolutely! You will be receiving a shipping confirmation email with tracking number as soon as your order is shipped!

Returns and Exchanges

You may return your mat if you are not fully satisfied within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Personal items such as towels, bottles, bands and dumbbells are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Returns from the USA will carry extra return charges.

Absolutely! We offer a 1 year warranty on all of your mat products. They will probably last you over 5 maybe 10 years, but you are entitled to an exchange in case your mat becomes defective or tears within the first year!

Small imperfections to the foam are not considered a defect, and this will not compromise the performance of the mat. 

Yes! We offer free* returns/exchanges on all of our mat products. Personal items such as towels, bottles and dumbbells are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Our commitment to our customers is what we value the most in our business 😊

*Returns from the USA will carry extra return charges.  

If you receive an item that was not what you have ordered due to our mistake, for instance, you order a blue mat and receive a yellow mat, then please contact our customer support and we will have a new mat sent to you ASAP!
